Jan Riemar (Founder, Principal)
Jan Riemar has over 25 years developing fundable projects and programs for the arts and medical institutions. As Development Director for a Hospice Foundation she managed administrative tasks including supervision of foundation activities and collaborations in four states, developed CME/CEU seminars involving end-of-life issues for physicians and nurses, and coordinated National Hospice Association Teleconferences in three states. As Director of Grants and Research for Catholic Healthcare West, (CHW) she hired and trained staff, wrote policy and procedure manuals and started a new center to provide grant and research training and service for 37 foundations representing 42 member hospitals.
Kim Sterling (Founder, Principal)
Kim Sterling directed the shareholder communication initiatives for Phelps Dodge Corporation, the only Fortune 500 Company headquartered in Phoenix. She directed the management of corporate compliance with the New York Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the corporate compliance of over 400 subsidiary companies. In addition, she was an officer of the Phelps Dodge Foundation. She has over 25 years of service on various nonprofit boards and organizations in the state of Arizona. She has played a major role in the organization and successful start-up of a number of community institutions and programs including the Arizona Science Center and the successful turnaround of the Arizona Ballet Company.
Together Kim and Jan represent over 40 years of experience working for institutions and community service organizations in positions that depended on their ability to build and maintain successful relationships.
Ron Riemar (Principal, IT Director)
Ron Riemar will manage internal company technology needs, database and technological components of Instructional Innovations. Ron has over 30 years of experience managing computer technological projects and databases for General Electric/Honeywell and Groupe Bull.
